CASp Inspections
- Inspections meet Construction Related Accessibility Standards Compliance Act (CRASCA)
- Businesses that voluntarily have a CASp Inspection become “Qualified Defendants” in the event of future litigation
- A Disability Access Inspection Certificate will be issued after inspection
- Report includes a description of the areas of inspection, a determination that the facility “Meets Applicable Standards” or is “CASp Inspected”, a list of items needing correction and the correction needed, a schedule of completion and photographs of the inspected areas.
ADA Compliance Inspections
- Comprehensive property survey comparing each area and feature of the site with the applicable construction-related requirements of the ADA and California Building Code
- Accessibility Report which identifies non compliant features of each area
Plan Check Services
- Review of construction drawings to ensure compliance with ADA and state accessibility requirements.
