Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Consulting and CASp Inspections
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability by public accommodations. The ADA and the California Building Code require places of public accommodation and commercial facilities to be designed, constructed and altered in compliance with their accessibility standards. Your building or facility needs to be inspected by a Certified Access Specialist (CASp). The inspection includes a comprehensive evaluation of your building or facility and a report detailing the building or facility’s compliance with the applicable federal and state standards.
